How to access Office 2021 on Windows 11. I have the key, but cannot open the programs.

Bought Office 20211 3/20/2024. Have been using it until last week. Now I cannot find a way to open it.

If you locate to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16, can you find any Office applications, such as Excel, Winword? If you installed the 32-bit version of Office, the path should be:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16.

If yes, please check whether you can open them via double-clicking?- If you still cannot open them, is there any error message? I suggest you perform an Online Repair for your Office 2021.

• If you can open and run Office applications properly, please select and right click on Excel, Winword and other Office applications, choose "Show more Options" > "Send to" > "Desktop".

If you cannot find the Office applications in the folder above. It's recommended to re-install it. For more, please refer to: Download, install, or reinstall Microsoft 365, Office 2024, or Office 2021 on a PC or Mac.

• Go to www.office.com and signed in your account to download Office.
