Hello,

I need to export rules from Azure IoT Central to automatize creation of process documentation. I looked at documentation, but didn´t find any way how to do it. Can you provide some way?

Thanks in advance for provided solutions

    Hello Matej,

As per the information available, Azure doesn't have an option to export rules from IOT Central.

For configuration you can follow this link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/iot-central/core/howto-configure-rules?form=MG0AV3 For exporting the data from IOT Central you can follow: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/iot-central/core/quick-export-data?form=MG0AV3
    Thank you!

    Hello Matej,

welcome to this moderated Azure community forum.

I checked the documentation and it seems no export (eg. as a JSON configuration file) is available for the rules. Only manual ways to manage the rules are seen.

I also checked the CLI commands for Azure IoT Central.

There are many options to manage Azure IoT Central this way but again, no management for Rules is found.
