Visio click and drag offset issue.

Hi, when i click on an item to move it around, it get offset very fart from my cursor. What setting can solve this issue?

    I have the same issue, did you resolve this?

    When I click to drag a shape, the shape appears half way across the screen and there is a large offset from my mouse position when I drag it
