Problems with offline installation of visual studio 2019.

I did an offline installation on a PC that doesn't have the Internet.

The offline installation file was successfully created as a vs_professional.exe

But it didn't proceed when I installed it, so when I checked, there was a KERNELBASE problem.

C:\Windows\System32\KERNELBASE.dll

KERNELBASE is the problem, what's the solution. Please don't tell me to reinstall it

What do you mean by ”it didn't proceed when I installed it”? Is there any specific error message or prompt? 

Please see the document to do an offline installation of Visual Studio. 

It is noted that KERNELBASE.dll is a system file. Can you please check if there are any issues with your drive or system?

1. Run “sfc /scannow” at the command prompt to repair missing or corrupted system files.
2. There is also the possibility that the disk is failing. Try running chkdsk on your drive.
