    Hello @Lei Sun,

Greetings and Welcome to Microsoft Q&A! Thanks for posting the question.

I understand that you receive the error message when trying to log in to Azure Language Studio, here are some troubleshooting steps:

Check access permissions in the Azure portal under Azure AI Services > Language Service and ensure the user has the necessary RBAC role assigned in the Access Control (IAM) section.

If authentication issues persist, resetting the user’s password in Azure AD and verifying Conditional Access Policies under Azure AD > Security > Conditional Access can help identify any restrictions.

Browser-related issues can sometimes cause login failures, so clearing cache and cookies, using incognito mode, or switching to a different browser or device may resolve the problem.

It’s also important to verify subscription and tenant settings by ensuring the subscription is active and checking if the user is in the correct tenant under the Azure Portal > Subscriptions section.

If Still issue persists, Reviewing Microsoft Entra ID Sign-in logs under Azure Active Directory > Sign-in logs can provide error details, such as AADSTSxxxx codes, which indicate whether access is blocked due to Conditional Access or MFA restrictions.

I Hope this helps. Do let me know if you have any further queries.

I don't know what has happened behind the scenes, but something has definitely broken.

I'm a long time user of the Speech and Language Understanding Services. Before I could log in with my personal email, across Azure, Speech Studio and LUIS. I migrated to CLU without issue.

This week I can no longer access Language Studio using my personal address.

You can't sign in here with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead.

Having wasted hours, I found that I could log into Language Studio using the really long onmicrosoft.com ID. However, I got 404 errors and my project was no where to be seen.

Using My Account I was able to associate my Language Resource with the onmicrosoft.com ID and recovered my project. But here's the rub.....

Language Studio uses my onmicrosoft ID and all other Microsoft Services use my email address. Even though they are linked in the Azure portal, clicking on "My Account" they now appear as two entirely different accounts. Microsoft please fix it.

I document it here in case it helps anyone else.
