Intune - Disable Transparency and Animation Effects for Windows 11

How to disable transparency and animation effects for Windows Autopilot devices from Intune? Is there a policy/config profile or registry? Thanks.

Please understand that what intune can do is based on what windows CSP provided. Based on my research, there is no such CSP, so there is no policy/config profile can make it via intune.
