I 'm searching for a way to connect Azure AAS to Azure SQL DB without exposing the connection to the public and using "Allow Azure services to connect". Is there a way to do so?

you want Azure SQL database as a source for your Azure analysis service and you want to disbale the allow Azure Services to connect property in the Azure SQL server
Yes, I need to secure as much as possible the connection between Azure SQL and Azure AS since Analysis Services do not support private endpoint at the moment.
There is On-premises data gateway route in AAS.
You need to have a VM/server which would have access to both Azure SQL database and AAS and install On Prem data gateway in it for connectivity between those 2 if you want to turn off the Azure services property
