Windows Defender Firewall no longer allows remote management after upgrading to Windows Server 2025 (Server Core edition) on any system. It was working on Windows Server 2022 before the upgrade. I'm receiving the error below. All the suggestions do not resolve the issue. I've also manually updated the firewall rule on the system using powershell and still get this error.

Same issue but with clean new build of 2025 Core. Tried enabling the firewall remote management using powershell and netsh

Tried it on a full server 2025 (with Desktop Experience). Got exactly the same error.

I would be nice if someone from Microsoft would chime in on this!
BTW, Remote Volume Management not working the same way (it was ok in 2022)
Looks like they changed smth with DCOM/RPC that broke these interfaces...
