IDWritePaintReader::MoveToParent method (dwrite_3.h)

Sets the current position in the visual tree to the parent of the current paint element.

Syntax

HRESULT MoveToParent();

Return value

A standard HRESULT error code. The return value is E_INVALIDARG if the current paint element is the root element of the visual tree.
