INapComponentInfo::GetVendorName method

The INapComponentInfo::GetVendorName callback method is used by the NAP System to get the vendor name of a health client.

Syntax

HRESULT GetVendorName(
  [out] MessageId *vendorName
);

Parameters

vendorName [out]

A pointer to a MessageId that contains the resource ID of the vendor name.

Return value

Return one of these error codes based on the result of this operation.

Return code Description
S_OK
The operation is successful.
E_ACCESSDENIED
Permissions error, access denied.
E_OUTOFMEMORY
System resource limit, could not perform the operation.
