ID3DXTextureGutterHelper::ApplyGuttersTex method

Applies gutters to an IDirect3DTexture9 texture object.

Syntax

HRESULT ApplyGuttersTex(
  [in] LPDIRECT3DTEXTURE9 pTexture
);

Parameters

pTexture [in]

Type: LPDIRECT3DTEXTURE9

Pointer to a IDirect3DTexture9 texture object.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If the method succeeds, the return value is S_OK. If the method fails, the return value can be one of the following: D3DERR_INVALIDCALL, D3DERR_NOTAVAILABLE, D3DERR_OUTOFVIDEOMEMORY, D3DERR_WASSTILLDRAWING, E_OUTOFMEMORY.

Remarks

Class 2 texels are generated by resampling class 1 and 4 texels.

The width and height of the texture must be the same as those returned by ID3DXTextureGutterHelper::GetWidth and ID3DXTextureGutterHelper::GetHeight.
