WindowsIsStringEmpty function (winstring.h)
Indicates whether the specified string is the empty string.
Syntax

HSTRING string
);
Parameters
string
Type: [in] HSTRING
The string to be tested for content.
Return value
Type: BOOL
TRUE if string is NULL or the empty string; otherwise, FALSE.
