InternetGoOnlineW function (winineti.h)
Prompts the user for permission to initiate connection to a URL.

Parameters
[in] lpszURL
Pointer to a null-terminated string that specifies the URL of the website for the connection.
[in] hwndParent
Handle to the parent window.
[in] dwFlags
This parameter can be zero or the following flag.

Return value
If the function succeeds, it returns TRUE.
If the function fails, it returns FALSE. Applications can call GetLastError to retrieve the error code.

Remarks
Note
The winineti.h header defines InternetGoOnline as an alias that automatically selects the ANSI or Unicode version of this function based on the definition of the UNICODE preprocessor constant. Mixing usage of the encoding-neutral alias with code that is not encoding-neutral can lead to mismatches that result in compilation or runtime errors.
