InternetTimeToSystemTimeW function (wininet.h)
Converts an HTTP time/date string to a SYSTEMTIME structure.
Syntax

[out] SYSTEMTIME *pst,
[in] DWORD dwReserved
);
Parameters
[in] lpszTime
Pointer to a null-terminated string that specifies the date/time to be converted.
[out] pst
Pointer to a SYSTEMTIME structure that receives the converted time.
[in] dwReserved
This parameter is reserved and must be 0.
Return value
Returns TRUE if the string was converted, or FALSE otherwise. To get extended error information, call GetLastError.
Remarks
Note
The wininet.h header defines InternetTimeToSystemTime as an alias that automatically selects the ANSI or Unicode version of this function based on the definition of the UNICODE preprocessor constant. Mixing usage of the encoding-neutral alias with code that is not encoding-neutral can lead to mismatches that result in compilation or runtime errors.
