IWdsTransportConfigurationManager::EnableWdsTransportServices method (wdstptmgmt.h)
Sets all WDS transport services to Auto-Start mode.

HRESULT EnableWdsTransportServices();
Return value
Standard HRESULT error values are used: S_OK for success; others for failure.
