mmreg.h contains the following programming interfaces:

Structures

HEAACWAVEFORMAT Contains format data for an AAC or HE-AAC stream that includes AudioSpecificConfig() data.
HEAACWAVEINFO Contains format data for an Advanced Audio Coding (AAC) or High-Efficiency Advanced Audio Coding (HE-AAC) stream.
MPEG1WAVEFORMAT The MPEG1WAVEFORMAT structure describes the format of MPEG-1 audio data.
MPEGLAYER3WAVEFORMAT The MPEGLAYER3WAVEFORMAT structure describes an MPEG Audio Layer-3 (MP3) audio format.
PCMWAVEFORMAT The PCMWAVEFORMAT structure describes the data format for PCM waveform-audio data. This structure is superseded by the WAVEFORMATEX structure.
WAVEFILTER The WAVEFILTER structure defines a filter for waveform-audio data.
WAVEFORMAT The WAVEFORMAT structure describes the format of waveform-audio data. This structure is superseded by the WAVEFORMATEX structure.
WAVEFORMATEX The WAVEFORMATEX structure specifies the data format of a wave audio stream.
WAVEFORMATEXTENSIBLE The WAVEFORMATEXTENSIBLE structure defines the format of waveform-audio data for formats having more than two channels or higher sample resolutions than allowed by WAVEFORMATEX.
