IDCompositionTurbulenceEffect::SetSeed method (dcomp.h)
Sets the seed for the pseudo random generator.
Syntax

);
Parameters
[in] seed
Type: UINT
The seed for the pseudo random generator. This value is unbounded.
Return value
Type: HRESULT
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
