Syntax
CRYPTDLGAPI BOOL CertSelectCertificateA(
[in, out] PCERT_SELECT_STRUCT_A pCertSelectInfo
);
Parameters
[in, out] pCertSelectInfo
A pointer to a CERT_SELECT_STRUCT structure that contains criteria that control the displayed certificates for selection and receives the selected certificate.
Return value
If the function succeeds, the return value is TRUE.
If the function fails, the return value is FALSE. For extended error information, call the GetLastError function.
Remarks
Note
The cryptdlg.h header defines CertSelectCertificate as an alias that automatically selects the ANSI or Unicode version of this function based on the definition of the UNICODE preprocessor constant. Mixing usage of the encoding-neutral alias with code that is not encoding-neutral can lead to mismatches that result in compilation or runtime errors. For more information, see Conventions for Function Prototypes.
