IBitsPeerCacheRecord::GetLastAccessTime method (bits3_0.h)
Gets the date and time that the file was last accessed.
Syntax
HRESULT GetLastAccessTime(
[out] FILETIME *pVal
);
Parameters
[out] pVal
Date and time that the file was last accessed. The time is specified as FILETIME.
