IUIAutomation::CreateCacheRequest method (uiautomationclient.h)
Creates a cache request.
Syntax
HRESULT CreateCacheRequest(
[out, retval] IUIAutomationCacheRequest **cacheRequest
);
Parameters
[out, retval] cacheRequest
Type: IUIAutomationCacheRequest**
The address of a variable that receives a pointer to an IUIAutomationCacheRequest interface.
Return value
Type: HRESULT
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
Remarks
After obtaining the IUIAutomationCacheRequest interface, use its methods to specify properties and control patterns to be cached when a UI Automation element is obtained.
