S2D - Remove Cluster

Requirements: First run job "S2D - Prepare Machines for Tests" Removes a cluster and clears all disks. NOTE: Any and all cluster configuration as well as data stored on clustered storage and shares (including S2D) WILL BE LOST. If this job fails, look in the output directory for Remove-S2DCluster.log for details on the failure.
