Note

Beginning with the refreshed version of the HLK (released in October 2024) for Windows 11 24H2 and Windows Server 2025, HLK Proxy Client is no longer supported. Going forward, please onboard clients using the process detailed in "HLK Getting Started Guide" instead.

The HLK Proxy Client enables full support for testing on Mobile devices and is the same client used internally by Microsoft for all at-scale phone testing.
