IOCTL_SERIAL_CLEAR_STATS IOCTL (ntddser.h)
The IOCTL_SERIAL_CLEAR_STATS request clears the performance statistics for a serial device.
To obtain the performance statistics, a client can use an IOCTL_SERIAL_GET_STATS request.
