NdisGetNblTimestampInfo retrieves a hardware or software timestamp stored in a NET_BUFFER_LIST.
NdisSetNblTimestampInfo

Miniport drivers call NdisSetNblTimestampInfo to store a hardware or software timestamp in a NET_BUFFER_LIST (NBL).
