KoCreateInstance

The KoCreateInstance function creates an object of the class with the specified CLSID.
KoDeviceInitialize

The KoDeviceInitialize function adds a kernel COM create-item entry to the specified device object.
KoDriverInitialize

The KoDriverInitialize function initializes a driver object to handle the kernel streaming interface.
KoRelease
