Default Onlooker Detection Action
Determines what action will be taken upon onlooker detection. Refers to drop down menu button.

Top level toggle can be turned off for no action, see Default Onlooker Detection On/Off
Values
| Value | Description |
|---|---|
| 0 | The Dim option is selected by default in the Windows Settings App. |
| 1 | The Notify option is selected by default in the Windows Settings App. |
| 2 | The Dim and Notify option is selected by default in the Windows Settings App. This is the default value. |
