Configure OpenSesame as a content source for Microsoft Viva Learning
This article shows you how to configure OpenSesame as a third-party learning content source in Viva Learning. You need a Microsoft Viva Suite or Viva Learning license to add OpenSesame as a content source for your organization.

Configure in your OpenSesame portal
Note
You'll need to have admin permissions in OpenSesame to complete these steps. You’ll also need an identity provider (IdP), as this integration uses SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication.
Note
Your organization must have an active license for OpenSesame and a premium license for Microsoft Viva Learning.
You need to reach out to your OpenSesame Customer Success Manager or Implementation Specialist to enable integration with Viva Learning. They'll also provide your OpenSesame Customer Integration ID, which you'll need for the next step. You can view the full details in OpenSesame’s PDF walkthrough guide.

Configure in the Viva Learning Admin

You'll need to have M365 admin or Knowledge manager permissions in Microsoft 365 to complete these steps..
Open Viva Learning App in Teams or go to the Viva Learning Web App
Go to the Admin tab in Viva Learning and select Manage Providers on the left menu. Select Add Provider
Select OpenSesame from list and select Next.
Fill in the OpenSesame Customer Integration ID you got from your OpenSesame Customer Success Manager or Implementation Specialist.
Select Save to activate OpenSesame content in Viva Learning. It may take up to 24 hours for the content to display in the Viva Learning app.
