  • Deutsch (Deutschland)

  • Italiano (Italia)

  • 日本語 (日本)

  • Português (Brasil)

  • Español (España)

Create your own custom academy using Copilot Academy

You can duplicate and customize Copilot Academy to fit your organization’s unique industry, culture, and strategic needs. To use this feature, users must have a license for Microsoft Viva Suite or for Viva Learning. Users also need a Microsoft 365 Copilot license to duplicate a Copilot academy.

Copilot Academy remains enabled by default unless explicitly disabled.

Duplicate academies include Microsoft-curated Learning paths and Featured set unless an admin replaces them with tenant-created Learning paths and Featured set.

As an admin, you can edit a duplicated academy by:

  • Adding or removing a featured set
  • Adding or removing a learning path
  • Updating the duplicated academy's title and description
  • Publishing the duplicated academy to the users (or a group of users) in the organization

You can duplicate Copilot Academy, Microsoft-curated learning paths and featured sets in eight languages and use them in a duplicated Copilot Academy or in existing academies.

Learning paths in Copilot Academy are powered by the new AI and Copilot Resources provider.

For more information on managing content permissions, see AI and Copilot Resources Manage Permissions.

Note

When publishing a duplicated academy, ensure that the assigned group has permissions to access AI and Copilot Resources content, which are accessible only to users with Copilot licenses.
