Gets a Boolean value indicating whether change tracking is active.

Methods

Enable()	Enables change tracking for the appointment store.
GetChangeReader()	Retrieves an AppointmentStoreChangeReader that enables the app to iterate through the list of changes and mark changes as accepted.
