Enabled	Gets or sets a value that indicates if location data is collected for traffic reporting. Note This API is not available to all Windows apps. Unless your developer account is specially provisioned by Microsoft, calls to this API will fail at runtime. SpeedTrigger	Gets or sets the speed at which data collection begins, in meters per second. Note This API is not available to all Windows apps. Unless your developer account is specially provisioned by Microsoft, calls to this API will fail at runtime. For more information about the Windows.Services.Maps.Guidance namespace, please work with your Microsoft Account Team representative.
UploadFrequency	Gets or sets the frequency in which traffic is reported, in seconds. Note This API is not available to all Windows apps. Unless your developer account is specially provisioned by Microsoft, calls to this API will fail at runtime. Methods

ClearLocalData()	Clears location data that's been stored locally by the GuidanceTelemetryCollector. Note This API is not available to all Windows apps.
