If an educator created an assignment in Microsoft Teams without using the Teams Assignment LTI® app to link the assignment, the educator can choose to link the Teams assignment to the LMS to keep the LMS grade book updated with results and feedback.

Connect assignments created and completed in Teams to an LMS for grade and feedback updates

Note

Steps might vary depending on the LMS.

  1. Go to the LMS Teams Assignment course navigation menu item.
  2. Select Add Teams Assignment.
  3. The Link a Teams Assignment popup launches.
  4. A list of previously created unlinked Teams assignments appears.
  5. Select a Teams assignment and choose Link.

Once a Teams assignment is linked, updates to the results and feedback are updated in the LMS grade book.
