Summary
This module described the framework for a full adoption of AI in your organization. Everyone in an organization has a role to play to achieve this transformation. At the highest levels, leaders need to prioritize AI use cases strategically and create environments and structures where innovative ideas can flourish. Those ideas come to life and succeed long-term thanks to collaboration across lines of business and technical teams.
