Maintenance request management workspace
The Maintenance request management workspace provides a one-stop location to view and manage all of your maintenance requests in Asset Management.
Asset Management > Workspaces > Maintenance request management
The Maintenance request management workspace contains the following tiles and tabs (as shown in the preceding screenshot):
Active maintenance requests – This tile provides a view of the number of Active maintenance requests. Selecting the tile takes you to the Active maintenance requests page.
Create maintenance request – This tile opens the Create maintenance request dialog box to help you create a new maintenance request.
Maintenance requests created since yesterday – This tile summarizes the number of maintenance requests that have been received in the last 24 hours. Selecting the tile takes you to the Maintenance requests created since yesterday page.
Maintenance requests with work orders created since yesterday – This tile summarizes the number of maintenance requests that have had work orders created for them in the last 24 hours. Selecting this tile takes you to the Maintenance requests with work orders created since yesterday page.
In the middle section are several FastTabs and quick links with similar views, as previously mentioned. This section gives you the ability to stay on the same page by selecting the tabs to view the associated details. You will also have access to quick links to create a work order and update the maintenance lifecycle state. The FastTabs in this section are:
a. Maintenance requests without work order – Displays the active maintenance requests that have not yet been converted to a work order.
b. Active maintenance requests – Displays a list of the active maintenance requests.
c. Maintenance requests created since yesterday – Displays a list of the maintenance requests that have been received in the last 24 hours.
d. Maintenance requests with work orders created since yesterday – Summarizes the number of maintenance requests that have had work orders created for them in the last 24 hours.
e. Filter – Provides the option to search and filter for a specific maintenance request.
f. Create work order – Provides a quick link to open the Create work order dialog box.
g. Update maintenance request state – After selecting the maintenance request, you can use this link to quickly manage and update the Maintenance request state.
Links – Are available for quick access to view and update Active functional locations, Active assets, and All maintenance requests.
