Azure Marketplace

Microsoft Azure Marketplace offers a wide array of IT solutions and services. These offers are designed and certified to integrate seamlessly with the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.

Azure Marketplace is a comprehensive online store that offers various solutions tailored for Microsoft Azure, including:

  • Azure building blocks: essential components for cloud application development.
  • Digital cloud services: services hosted on Azure, providing functionalities like analytics and database management.
  • Finished software solutions: ready-to-use applications for business operations.
  • Consulting and managed services: expert services for Azure solution deployment and management.

Azure Marketplace simplifies the search for the right solutions with categorized and filterable listings, enabling customers to easily build on their existing Azure cloud infrastructure. The Azure Marketplace online store link can be found in the resources section at the end of this module.

Azure Marketplace is a part of Azure, allowing your customers to access the Azure Marketplace solutions through the Azure portal. By selecting Create a resource on the Azure portal homepage, users are accessing solutions listed in Azure Marketplace.

Azure Marketplace and the Azure portal help to streamline the process for customers to easily find, try, purchase, and deploy Azure solutions within minutes.

In addition to cloud solutions and services available through both the online store and the Azure portal, the Azure Marketplace online store also features consulting and managed services offered by Microsoft partners, helping customers in areas such as analytics, DevOps, migration, and security.

Microsoft AppSource

Microsoft AppSource offers business software that integrates with Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and the Power Platform. In AppSource, you can also find cloud-hosted web applications. Customers can easily filter and search for the right app or services based on category and industry.

AppSource applications can be accessed within Microsoft products through options like Get more apps in Dynamics 365, Get apps in Power BI, Apps in Teams, and Insert > Get Add-ins in Microsoft 365 products (excluding Teams).

In addition to the cloud products that are available through the online store and in-product experiences, Microsoft AppSource also lists consulting services provided by Microsoft partners, organized by industry, service type, location, and Microsoft product.
