What is required for creating a table in Dataverse for Teams?
A table can't be created until you have a Dataverse for Teams license.
A table can't be created until the Dataverse for Teams environment is provisioned when you're creating a new app or chatbot.

The Power Apps visual table editor is available inside of the app, and the Table editor is available outside of the app from the build environment. Both give you the ability to add columns and data to your table.
