Share and collaborate
There are many ways to make creating and editing a Sway more convenient. If a group of students is working on the same lab report together, they want to co-author a Sway together. Select the Share button and change the Invite people to view option to Edit. Anyone with the link will be able to edit the Sway at the same time. Up to 10 people can edit a Sway simultaneously.
A Sway can also be shared with only specific people. From the same share menu, select Share your Sway with specific people or groups and enter the email addresses of the individuals (or use an Outlook group).
You can also require that anyone who views or edits your Sway has to enter a unique password (beyond their Office 365 account password). This provides extra security or control for your Sway.
Professional journal
Now that your Sway is complete, consider sharing it with a colleague and teach that person about Sway.
Conclusion
Sway is a simple digital storytelling tool that has powerful and adaptive features. It allows students to demonstrate their learning in all subjects by including text, images, video, and sound recordings. Educators can share classroom procedures, create blended learning resources, and communicate with parents and the entire school community.
How will you let Sway transform your digital stories?
