Grade a Speaker Progress assignment
Once learners turn in their rehearsed presentations, educators can review each rehearsal report, watch learners' presentations, offer rich feedback, and assign a grade.
To begin, select a learner's name from the assignment page. Speaker Progress reports include:
- The learner's top strengths and opportunities
- A summary of the learner's Speaker Coach insights based on the settings the educator selected when they created the assignment
If learners previously completed Speaker Progress assignments, the Speaker Coach Insights cards include comparison data from their most recent assignment. A plus sign (+) indicates an increase in occurrences in a specific Speaker Coach category, and a minus sign (-) indicates a decline in a specific category. Educators must scroll down to review the Speaker Coach Insights cards. When educators select a Speaker Coach card, they can view further details regarding the learner's progress over time.
Once educators review the rehearsal report and data insights, they can use the Speed Grader to share feedback and, if desired, enter a grade for the rehearsal. Educators can select Return to simply return the feedback to learners or select Return for revision to give learners feedback and require them to rehearse again.
