AI can help retail businesses gain a competitive edge by providing increases in productivity, analytical insights, automation, personalization, and optimization. AI can also help retailers create more engaging and immersive shopping experiences. In this module, we discussed real use cases for you to discover what AI can do for retail.

To implement these scenarios, Microsoft offers AI products and services for all kinds of retail professionals. For specific retail use, you have available Microsoft Cloud for Retail. However, business users can use AI as embedded in Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Power BI. For more technically skilled workers, there are AI features in low-code products such as Azure AI Services and Microsoft Power Platform. For more customized AI solutions, you can use Azure Machine Learning. Consider that Microsoft incorporates the latest generative AI in the Copilot versions of their products, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and Dynamics 365 Copilot. You can work directly with those generative AI models via Azure OpenAI Service.
