Exercise – Create an Item where used report

Munson's Pickles and Preserves Farm's management team also want to see an overview of where asset items are installed and with an historical view of the specified assets’ history. Follow these steps to create that overview:

  1. Go to Asset management > Inquiries > Item where used.
  2. In the Item where used dialog box, select the item for which you want to make the calculation in the Item number field. Select 1000.
  3. Keep the Level field set to 0.
  4. Select Yes on the toggle buttons for all items in the Include section to see a full calculation on all associated assets.
  5. Select OK to start the calculation.
  6. When you have received the results of the calculation, on the Item where used tab, under the Group by functional location section, select Functional location.
