Manage menus: Favorites
Favorites are a way to create shortcuts to forms, reports, and queries. Navigation menus on the left include a Favorites menu, so that you have quick access to frequently used menu items. This ability is especially helpful when your item is several submenus deep, or when your job consists of just a few forms and reports.
In order to create a favorite, follow these steps:
Navigate to the module the item is located in, and hover over the item.
You will see a star to the right of the menu item name. Select this star.
Navigate to the Favorites menu and notice your item listed there.
You cannot group or rearrange favorites.
