Use Microsoft Teams on any device

Start the day by checking the activity feed. Notice how time spent on email is reduced. Prepare for a class or work with other members of the department in OneNote Staff Notebook or Files. Use Meet Now to meet on demand with colleagues wherever they may be. Do all of this from Teams!
Everything is possible with Teams:
- Communicate effectively through conversations, chats, online meetings, calls, and web conferencing
- Work collaboratively in a OneNote Notebook, Office 365 apps like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and other files and apps
- Customize one’s workspace with Microsoft and third-party apps as needed
Educators can access or work in Teams across many platforms:
- As a desktop app for Windows and Mac
- As a mobile app for iOS and Android
- Download desktop or mobile versions
- To keep using Teams on the web

To respect personal time on an educator’s mobile device, Quiet hours is available in the app settings. While in the Teams app on mobile, touch the three lines at the very top left, then select Notifications under the profile name. Any of the settings shown here can be modified.
