ATC gets the training they need from Microsoft to quickly implement Office 365
When it was spun off by its parent company, ATC needed its own IT infrastructure, fast. With confidence borne of its relationship with Microsoft Unified Support, it built out that infrastructure successfully. Now, ATC plans to implement Office 365 in half the time it would take on its own. The company has doubled its workforce without needing to add IT staffers.
ATC used Adoption and Change Management services for both planning and training for their implementation of Office 365. The team also took advantage of the Microsoft Services Hub for additional training.
"The depth of the training that Microsoft provides is really quite amazing, and we have easy access to it from a single interface." Robert Forras: Director of IT ATC
