My.Application.Info.AssemblyName Property 

Gets the name, without the extension, of the assembly file for the application.

Dim value As String = My.Application.Info.AssemblyName

Return Value

A String containing the file name.

Remarks

The My.Application.Info.AssemblyName property gets the name of the file containing the manifest.

Example

This example uses the My.Application.Info.AssemblyName property to display the name of the application.
