ChannelFactory.OnOpen Method

Calls open on the inner channel factory of the current channel factory with a specified time-out for the completion of the operation.

    Type: System.TimeSpan
    The Timespan that specifies how long the open operation has to complete before timing out.

The inner channel of the current channel is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
