Binding Constructor (String, String)

Initializes a new instance of the Binding class from a specified binding of the service.

ArgumentException

name is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) or an empty string.
ArgumentNullException

ns is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

Remarks

The Name and Namespace together uniquely identify an instance of a Binding in the metadata of the service.
