- buffer
Type: array<System.Byte[]
The buffer from which to read.
- offset
Type: System.Int32
The starting position from which to read in buffer.
- count
Type: System.Int32
The number of bytes that can be read from buffer.
- dictionary
Type: System.Xml.IXmlDictionary
XmlDictionary to use.
- quotas
Type: System.Xml.XmlDictionaryReaderQuotas
The quotas that apply to this operation.

Exceptions
Exception | Condition |

ArgumentNullException | buffer is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic). |
ArgumentOutOfRangeException | offset is less than zero or greater than the buffer length. |
ArgumentOutOfRangeException | count is less than zero or greater than the buffer length minus the offset. |
Remarks
Other XmlDictionaryReader properties are set to default values or nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
