To identify members of a local group using the Windows interface
Open Computer Management.
In the console tree, click Groups.
Where?
- Computer Management/System Tools/Local Users and Groups/Groups
Right-click the group in which you want to identify members, and then click Properties.
Additional considerations
- You do not need administrative credentials to perform this procedure.
To identify members of a local group by using a command line
Open Command Prompt.
To list members of the Backup Operators group, type:
net localgroup"Backup Operators"
You must include the quotation marks.
