Resolve
Run Windows Setup to install missing plug-in
Verify that the plug-in specified in the event exists in the path. If it does not, then a required dynamically-linked library (DLL) is missing. To resolve the issue, run Windows Setup.
Verify
Use the winrm command-line tool to create a request that causes the plug-in to be used and verify that the operation succeeds. For example, a WMI-related request causes the WMI plug-in to be loaded. To test the WMI plug-in, create such a request and verify that the operation succeeds.
