Full control allows users to:
Query information about a session.
Modify connection parameters.
Reset (end) a session.
Remotely control another user's session.
Log on to a session on the server.
Log off a user from a session.
Send a message to another user's session.
Connect to another session.
Disconnect a session.
Use virtual channels, which provides access from a server program to client devices.
