Prerequisites for the PC Card Legacy PCMCIA Driver Test (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

The following tables show the hardware requirements for the PC Card Legacy PCMCIA Driver Test.

Requirement Description

PC Card slot

One or more PC Card slots, either onboard or provided by PCI-based PC Card host controller cards.

32-bit (Cardbus) slots are acceptable for this requirement.

PC Card

Workable PC Card or cards. To test multiple functions, prepare a real multifunction card (that is, a card that reports more than one function, such as a socket dual I/O card).

Do not use 32-bit (Cardbus) cards for this requirement.

Test harness, required for test execution

Kato.dll

Logging engine, required for logging data

PCMLegacyTest.dll

Test library

PCC_dummydr.dll

Dummy driver for PC Cards.

Ktux.dll

Helper library to load test library into kernel mode
